The role interfaces with the customer to understand issues or questions raised by them. It further clarifies on any open ended in the issue or concerns and triages the problem in hand. The role fixes any level 1 related issues immediately based on runbooks provided and performs further analysis to escalate the issue to level 2 support within the team. You will be responsible for communicating with the end customer at regular intervals about the status of the ticket until the issue is resolved.
How you will make an impact:
Correcting errors if any and modifying the existing software
Interact with customers or clients about the application ticket status and solve their technical issues if any
Prepare and maintain reports for each application ticket handled
Installing various software systems
Provide training to the users regarding any upgraded systems
Translate to the development team of the business problem face by the user
Confer with the other team members regarding any issues in data processing
Monitoring equipment functioning to ensure system operation according to the specifications
