Working here, you’ll feel part of a family – a family of 400 that works together to help nourish the world. WHAT YOU’LL DO Incoming material receipt and storage
GMP cleaning
Supply materials in a timely manner to the internal customer
Assist in the unloading of various materials
Effectively utilize the MITS (Material Inventory Tracking System) to locate and deliver items based on FEFO (First Expiration, First Out)
Effectively utilize MITS to accurately scan materials when moved – materials are in the location they are scanned to
Read a production schedule and use to anticipate the needs of the customer
Drive a fork lift safely and effectively, moving a variety of load types, using various storage methods (stacking, drive-in racks, push back racks, etc) without damage to material or facility
Understand and adhere to all storage requirements including allergen, plastics, oils, etc.
Drive-in Refrigeration, Freezer, and Tempering rooms.
This position needs someone that is focused on detail, organized, strives in a team environment and is has a willingness to go above and beyond for the customer and another employee. Basic computer skills are expected.
Actively participates in company initiatives such as process improvements, cost savings, 5S, etc
Flexible, performs other duties as assigned.
Have the ability to work OT during the week and on weekends

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING Required High School Diploma or GED
Prior fork lift experience or the ability to quickly learn the skill

Preferred Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Understanding of GMP’s
