Broadstep is hiring a Admin Assistant to provide assistance to our Wraparound programs and staff in Milwaukee, WI. Position Details:
Days: Full Time – Monday through Friday
General hours 7am to 4pmhours may vary
Job Purpose:
The Administrative Assistant is responsible to provide high quality, professional, organized, accurate and timely administrative and clerical support in the completion of multiple, department-specific strategic and ad hoc projects as assigned by the Executive Director, and/or assigned service-level Director and according to all company policies and procedures, State licensing standards and accreditation guidelines.
Qualifications: Possess a High School or Equivalent DiplomaAdditional college-level education and/or certificates are preferred.
Have 2 years Administrative Assistance related experience.
Have 1 year of experience with consumers meeting the program admission criteria (preferred).
Possess advanced-level proficiency in computer applications to include but not limited to: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. and in the operation of standard office equipment, i.e. copier, postage meter, fax, etc.
Possess a valid, regular (non-probationary) state driver’s license and personal vehicle insurance that meets the minimum expectations/coverage.
Demonstrate leadership in maintaining high standards of professional behavior.
Have excellent organizational, problem solving, creative and independent thinking skills.
Demonstrate exemplary professional writing skills and attention to written detail.
Demonstrate exemplary customer service to applicants, employees, management and vendors.

Create, organize and maintain all client files. Both hardcopy and electronic.
Handle incoming telephone calls, front door screening, deliveries, and other inquiries.
Schedule appointments.
Data entry. Type and proofread correspondence.
Complete special and routine projects with precise accuracy.
Complete mailing projects. Sort and distribute US Postal and Interoffice Mail on a daily basis.
Perform client eligibility checks when requested.
Know and exercise all rules of confidentiality concerning personnel, program, and client matters.
Develop a working knowledge of Synthesis, Avatar, Provider Connect, Sharepoint and Afficere.
Offers clerical support to all staff through office supply ordering, copying, faxing, filing and mailing.
Review and maintain an adequate supply of all agency forms and resources.
Responsible for general office duties not specifically outlined here and other duties as assigned.
