Fully equipped fitness facility, outdoor swimming pool, snack bar and beverage service and pro shop kiosk.Special Features CPTC is a premier tennis club that offers tennis lessons, clinics, weekly tennis programs, women's tennis, men's tennis, mixed tennis, junior team tennis, and much more. The Club Manager works for the Board of Directors and is complemented by member volunteered committees.Brief Job Description: The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of this member-owned Tennis facility in Kirkland, Washington. This position will help develop and implement policy while also being responsible for overseeing the activities of membership, as well as the marketing/branding for Central Park Tennis Club. This will include working with standing Committees striving for member satisfaction, as well as the recruitment of new members through marketing and promotion, technology, and events. The Assistant Manager will also oversee all member services and supervise Member Service staff. The Assistant Manager will report directly to the Club Manager, act on their behalf in his/her absence and will need to meet member sales, member satisfaction, and management support expectations.Candidate Qualifications: The Assistant Manager will be an integral part in the day-to-day operations of this unique family-oriented tennis community. The candidate needs a minimum of three year’s experience in a business setting with customer service, marketing, and sales experience. He or she must have proven sales ability, supervisory experience, computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically web management and social mediaapplications, ability to multi-task and effectively communicate with others. The ideal candidate will be a team player available to work nights and weekends who is energetic, outgoing, personable, professional, service-oriented, respectful of members and employees, and excited about coming to Central Park with opportunity to grow.Educational Qualifications: High School graduate. B.A. degree in business, marketing and/or health and fitness management, hospitality or equivalent preferred.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per yearBenefits:401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance
Schedule:8 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Night shift On call Weekends
