Detail of : Administrative Support Specialist Job Opening in Charlotte
The unit of Scheduling and Registration in the Office of the Registrar is responsible for registration of special populations, the schedule of classes, room reservation of classroom space and the final exam schedule. The unit is supervised by the Assistant Registrar for Scheduling and Registration. The primary purpose of this position is to assist visiting students (UNC Online, Early College, Inter-Institutional, Greater Charlotte Consortium, Senior Citizen Audit, Passport, and other visiting students) as they apply and register for classes, assist with the building and cleaning up of the schedule of classes, assigning classroom space and ad hoc reservations related to classes, addressing registration issues, assisting with the final exam process, section building training, testing upgrades to Banner. This position will also be responsible for processing the Banner step of curriculum course proposals using Curriculog, and assisting with pre and post part of term processes related to scheduling and student registration.
Graduation from high school and demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities gained through four years of specialized office experience or an equivalent combination
