's Union Hill Studios is hiring a Video Editor. We are looking for someone who can work fast and can work independently, and loves the world of post-production. Our ideal candidate is a hybrid, with experience in graphic design, typography, motion graphics and photography as well as video production.
THE VIDEO EDITOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
The Video Editor facilitates post-production for in-store communication, pitches, retailer and consumer-facing video that support ’s wholesale and retail businesses. In this position, you will be expected to perform in a creative, collaborative environment and consistently produce high-quality, complex media productions.
Working with video directors, art directors, account lead and business partners, you will be required to use your professional experience and technical knowledge to offer creative and technically appropriate solutions to meet business needs. In addition, you will be required to work independently to edit unsupervised, color grade, work on simple motion graphics, compress and upload video files and fulfill projects that meet the requirements of various business partners. Projects will range from consumer facing product demonstration & promotion, branding and marketing videos (online and at retail), through creative use of media. The Video Editor will identify and apply innovative and creative approaches to continually elevate video and media production work at .
In this role, you must demonstrate creativity, strong storytelling skills, keen sense in typography & graphic design, problem solving, initiative, communication, and teamwork as well as interpersonal, organizational and consulting skills in a variety of business situations.
The Video Editor role is a progressive position and will be filled at a level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate. Also there may be some relocation funding support for the selected candidate.

The following is required to be considered for this role:
Bachelor's Degree or 4 years professional work experience
Minimum of 3 years of video editing or motion graphics experience
Experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects)
