We are looking for someone who has experience between 3 to 5 years. If you have an outgoing personality, and are a professional with strong employee relation skills then we would like to look at your resume. Some of the tasks of the job will be:- Administers all benefit plans- Leads employee meetings regarding employee benefits and the company handbook.- Coordinates and generates new employee job description, new hire paperwork, payroll information, training, compensation plan, facilitates drug test/physical, and more.....- Administers COBRA.- Starting and managing any employee recognition programs.- Continually updating when necessary the company policies, procedures and ensuring compliance.- Handling and managing performance appraisal program.- Input the payroll weekly.- Must have strong experience delivering performance coaching and a performance appraisal program.- Must have strong experience in investigating and the discipline process.- Knowledge of state and federal laws regarding working.- Excellent record and data entry.Recruiting is very important to our company. You are the face of the company. Generally the first person a potential employee meets. It is important to us that you treat people with the utmost respect. We want our employees to enjoy their job and feel gratified. Experience:Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:Professional In Human Resources (Preferred)
