Provide administrative support to the President and outstanding customer service to the clients of HR Synergy, LLC.Duties and Responsibilities: Assist President and Consultants in developing various programs and procedures for clients.
Maintenance of client databases and spreadsheets as needed.
Maintain job boards/postings for clients.
Maintain applicant tracking information for clients with special reporting requirements.
Research federal and state labor law updates and changes for states with existing clients.
Makes photocopies, faxes documents and performs other clerical functions.
Files papers and documents into appropriate employee files.
Assists or prepares correspondence as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/ExperienceAssociates Degree in Business and 3-5 years relevant experience.
Experience with BambooHR preferred.
Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to Friday
