Job Description Seeking a seasoned social media strategist to support 's Employee Advocacy Program.
The individual will be responsible for:
Managing our global employee advocacy program, giving employees and customers a reason to engage and share social media content.
The program strategist will create, curate and audit content; create training; provide ongoing support for employees and content curators.
Develop custom strategies to support various Business Units, Marketing and Country teams to amplify priority messages
Drive employee and senior executives engagement and increase their visibility on social media platforms Provide monthly and quarterly analytics reports to keep track of program KPIs and identify optimization opportunities.
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
Comfortable working in large teams with multiple stakeholders and project leads
Working knowledge of social listening, publishing and analytics tools
Understand the roles of paid, owned, and earned in media
Experience in paid social
Experience working with influencers and evangelists
Experience with social analytics and deriving insights
Experience working on and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders throughout the organization
Strong grasp of social platform features, new launches, and proven ability to apply these to improve marketing initiatives
Qualifications You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. This Position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Digital Communications or related.
3+ years' of experience in social media, employee advocacy, community management, advocacy or community engagement.
1+ years of experience with Social Chorus, Dynamic Signal, LinkedIn Elevate, Sprinklr, or other advocacy platform.
3+ years of experience working knowledge of social listening, publishing and analytics tools.
