This position reports directly to the Controller of Nysus Solutions and is responsible for the general and specific job duties of Nysus Solutions as described below:General Job Duties: · To exhibit teamwork skills and actively participate in team activities in a positive working environment.· To demonstrate problem solving skills in a work environment that is striving for continuous improvement.· To follow Company policies and display conduct expected of Nysus Solutions employees as described in the employee handbook.· To follow safety rules of the Company and work in a manner that is conducive to maintaining a safe and healthful workplace.· To interface with customer representatives ensuring customer expectations are exceeded.Specific Job Duties: · Perform clerical requirements including reception, phone, and mail.· Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; managing outside services; maintaining stock levels of office related supplies.· Organize company events such as open houses, customer appreciation events, parties, lunches etc.· Facilitate travel requirements and maintain travel budgets.· Perform accounting related data entry tasks including invoice matching, receipt reconciliation, company credit card transaction matching.· Receive in parts and reconcile packing lists to purchase orders.· Create purchase orders using Procurement Express· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing various other duties as required.Skills/Qualifications: The ideal candidate will be extremely trustworthy and possess the ability to self-motivate. Other desirable skills include: Problem Solving, Informing Others, Tracking Budget Expenses, Promoting Process Improvement, Reporting SkillsEducational RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in business or other area of study is preferred. Candidates with two plus years of relevant experience will be considered.Related Work Experience· Strong organizational skills and detail oriented· Experience with Intuit Quickbooks software preferred· Strong understanding of
