Independently responsible for the solicitation and development of new leasing business through effective personal relationships with prospective dealers and lessees (“clients”), to achieve planned objectives as to sales volume, market penetration, and profitability.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
1. Holds individual accountability for specific sales tasks assigned by the management.
2. Pro-actively calls on prospective clients to market leasing products and services, to develop new leasing business.
3. Utilizes strong telephone skills to articulate the benefits of leasing through LEAF Dealer Solutions.
4. Displays the consultation skills necessary to successfully represent and sell the Company’s financial products and services to existing clients and prospects.
5. With the creative ability, discerns client expectations and determines the best product to meet the client’s needs.
6. Provides new and existing clients with product information including rates, contract terms, documentation requirements, and other pertinent account details.
7. Schedules and coordinates lease-financing arrangement with speed and accuracy to provide the client with the best delivery available.
8. Maintains a continuing relationship with existing clients to retain their goodwill and develop additional business by following-up with them to ensure satisfaction with all agreements reached during the sales approach.
9. Develops a referral network to assist in increasing the client base.
10. Projects a positive image in representing the Company to its clients and the community.
11. Conducts all business transactions in a manner that upholds the high ethical standards of the Company.
12. Prepares for and attends all department meetings, team meetings and training sessions deemed necessary by the management.
13. Maintains professionalism and stays abreast of new developments through sales meetings, publications, seminars, and in-house sales training.
14. Keeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives, clarifying them with the Sales Manager when and if questions arise, and is always prepared to accurately communicate these policies to clients.
15. Maintains all records pertinent to daily production including weekly and monthly results against expected performance.
16. Maintains and updates contacts in Salesforce
17. Willingness to travel as needed
18. Responsible for achieving monthly new business volume goals as established by the Company.
19. Performs other related duties as required or assigned, some of which may be essential to the position. Job Requirements Experience
Minimum of one to three years of related experience (preferably within the Office equipment small-ticket leasing industry), including cold calling.


Knowledge
Thorough knowledge of Company products and services.


Skills
Professional telephone skills to effectively conduct business over the phone involving prospecting, selling and servicing existing and new clients.


Strong verbal and written skills for communication (proposals, rates, contract terms, etc.) with clients to exchange information and review and analyze client’s wants and needs.


Ability to effectively communicate the client’s expectations with other departments of the Company to initiate and complete financing agreements with optimum client satisfaction.


Solid personal computer skills.


Ability to memorize scripts and articulate the Value Proposition relating to Capital Alliance


Experience with T-Value


Detail-oriented with extreme accuracy.


Ability to present information in a clear and concise format to all levels in the organization.
