As one of the busiest practices in Las Vegas, we pride ourselves on our warm, friendly working environment while providing patients with the highest level of customer-service along with beautiful results.Who Are We Looking For: We're seeking an exceptionally pleasant & proficient Receptionist. The ideal fit will be a true 'people person' who takes pride in both appearance and providing A+ customer service. As the 'face' and first point of contact for our practice your initial interactions will set the experience for patients so a kind, efficient, personality is a must. At our practice everyone is treated as a VIP. We're looking for a team member who's naturally helpful & inclined to pitch-in where needed. Key responsibilities and applicable experience include:During COVID you will take a temperature check before permitting guests in and then ensure masks are properly worn at all times.
Warmly greeting each guest to the office and assisting with questions regarding treatments, services and retail products
Ensuring new & returning patients are accurately checked-in on our medical EMR system in a timely manner and consent forms are signed.
Update patients during any wait & ensure their comfort during the entire visit.
Taking care of payments via Square & safely handling cash.
Willingness to learn about, and an understanding of all treatments, services and retail products while educating patients in these areas; possess an enthusiasm for promoting and selling.
Experience in a high-volume medical office, spa or salon environment, or hotel front desk experience is helpful in this role & preferred; other relevant experience considered.
We use Apple products in our office so knowledge and proficiency in Apple products is helpful.
Take pride in the appearance of the reception & common areas and ensure they're neat, organized and well stocked.
Must possess outstanding customer service, organizational, and administrative skills as well as excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Able to work efficiently within a team environment, as well as independently with little oversight.
