If so, read further!We are looking for a Client Service Representative who has had at least 2-3 years of experience in an office environment with relevant experience in office assistant or admin duties.You will be working with our clients and our pet sitter and dog walker employees to coordinate and schedule our client’s pet sitting and dog walking needs using our state of the art scheduling system. The position is part time to full time working 40 hours weekly from home. Starting pay is at $15 per hour with performance reviews provided quarterly.Your responsibilities will include:Staff & client communication

Staff recruiting

Staff orientations & training

Monitoring performance, processes, and policies for ways to improve

Coordinating and leading other special projects and programs

AND, since we are a pet sitting and dog walking service provider, you can sign up to provide these services in your off time and work up to 40 hours per week. All up to you!This position is REMOTE, however, you will need to live in the Charlotte area our service area includes most of the greater Charlotte area. You must have reliable transportation and the ability to complete pet sitting & dog walking visits in emergency situations. Our hours are Monday - Sunday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will work 1-2 weekends per month with one day off the week before your working weekend and one day off during the week following your weekend. You will also need to work “on-call” some of the major holidays. These will be rotated between CSRs.Benefits:> 15 accrued personal paid days off to be used for vacation or sick days.> Paid days off for the following holidays: New Years Day, MLK Day, President's Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. When you work one of these days, you will be able to take another day off for that holiday. Holidays are rotated among CSRs.> Paid mileage for travel to emergency pet sits.> Time and a half pay for overtime.Are you ready to learn more about this position?
