Frank P & D, Inc. is an independent service provider for FedEx Home Delivery and Ground, and we are looking to hire for permanent full-time pickup and delivery drivers.REQUIREMENTS
Must be 21 or older and have a valid drivers license (class E in Missouri)
Must be able to legally work in the USA
Must have a clean Motor Vehicle Report
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Must have or be able to obtain a DoT medical
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted
Must be able to maneuver up to 150 lbs with assistanceJOB DESCRIPTION
Arrive for work at 7:30am at the FedEx Ground terminal (work schedules vary based on route and may include Saturday and/or Sunday.)
Perform a proper pre-trip inspection on delivery vehicle
Ensure packages are loaded in a professional and proper manner
Deliver packages to the designated addresses
Pick up packages from designated addresses
Return to the FedEx Ground terminal and perform a proper post-trip inspection
Follow DoT regulations and hours while on the road
Monday through Saturday or Sunday through Friday schedules during peak season. (Nov/24 - Dec/24)COMPENSATION
$100 / day during training (about 2 weeks)
$145 / day after training for first 90 daysThreshold bonuses based on route.Monthly bonus based on job performanceBENEFITS
