Accounts Payable Lead This is a full-time, hourly position based in Aurora, Colorado. You must be on-site; this is not a remote work opportunity. Primary function is to analyze and process complex accounts payable transactions/invoices, as well as, maintain exception reporting and daily metrics. Assist Accounts Payable Analysts with issue resolution and partner with procurement and other supply chain personnel to conduct research and analysis to resolve invoice discrepancies. Our AP Analysts work in a centralized, Shared Services environment and are responsible for processing 150-200 invoices daily. Team Lead experience is required for this role. Job Duties Ability to analyze and process invoices at a high volume with a commitment to quality, as well as adherence to department performance metrics.
Publishes to AP Management daily activity reporting in comparison to service level requirements.
Monitors, investigates and resolves exception reporting discrepancies related to invoice matching issues (RNI, INR, MNR, etc.) Develops and maintains positive, professional attitude at all times and delivers outstanding service for both internal/external customers.
High School diploma or GED 2 years of high volume Accounts Payable experience in a shared services environment highly desired Experience working with a major ERP system—i.e. Oracle, Lawson.
AP leadership experience required for this role
Preferred 5 years of high volume Accounts Payable experience
