Deployment ConsultantEnterprise Health
A Deployment Consultant manages the deployment of the Enterprise Health System (EHS) databases, with an emphasis on configured and tailored versions of the standard EHS. and provides leadership to the Deployment Specialist. The Deployment Consultant coordinates with project team members to configure and setup the EHS database, coordinates development of newly defined modules or customization as outlined in client contracts and/or establish details in a scope of work document for new or existing projects upon client request. The Deployment Consultant takes personal ownership to help ensure the client is satisfied with the deployment of the EHS solution.
Qualified candidates will be confident interacting with a wide range of roles on the client side, including senior management and the clinical staff. Qualified candidates will count interpersonal and communication among their strongest skills.
The Deployment Consultant provides guidance and mentorship opportunities to Deployment Specialists, takes a proactive role in assisting the Account Manager and Project Manager to improve existing processes and procedures, establish best practices, and work closely with development to provide functional insight into future product enhancements.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the EH product offering, including: Standard EHS
Configured EHS
Tailored EHS
EHS system updates, patches, & hotfixes

Actively deploy the configured and/or tailored EHS solution for assigned clients
Work closely with Project Manager and project stakeholders/sponsors to define project scope and timeline, identify gaps between standard EHS functionality and desired functionality.
Coordinate client product development requirements and enhancements with software engineers, project managers, and account managers to achieve successful deployment of value-add software products
Provide timely reporting on team operations and client communications to the Project Manager and Account Manager
Plan, organize, and coordinate deployment of all applications and interfaces to match designed processes
Help project managers administer change requests by defining, documenting and testing
Assist with/participate in training sessions with client end-users/superusers: Participate in the creation of modular training contentdocumentation, videos, etc.

Coordinate with Project Manager and client to perform a gap analysis between the standard EHS product and existing client functionality/requirements, to identify configuration/development requirements, level of effort, etc.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to fully deploy the EHS standard solution, as well as any additional functionality agreed upon by the stakeholders.
Perform standard system setup functions according to project plan
Coordinate with the Project Manager to deploy appropriate resources to provide an accurate LOE on billable items.
Assist Account Manager with conducting post-deployment follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Support sales by conducting site assessments for potential clients, and assist with RFP documentation as needed
Perform related functions which may be inclusive, but not listed in job
Other duties as requested
Provide timely reporting on team operations and client communications to the Project Manager and Account Manager

5+ years of experience in a clinical management, occupational health, industrial hygiene or related field strongly preferred.
5+ years of software implementation experience/prior consulting experience a plus
Experience with Occupational Health, EMR or ERP systems
Experience with project management and project collaboration tools,
Strong organizational skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients in senior level management roles
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Oral presentation and training skills, and public speaking experience
Extensive software deployment skills, including conducting needs assessment for customization and enhancement of solutions;
Highly motivated, responsive, flexible, and able to learn complex software quickly
Proven success in meeting deadlines
Ability to foster teamwork/collaboration
Computer literate with experience in using MS Office Suite, internet, email, and browser-based applications
A proven track record of delivering implementations on time and on budget
Ability to travel on occasion (generally less than 10%), and may include international travel and trade shows

Education/Certifications Required
Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in an IT, Business Management or Healthcare related field or equivalent education and experience; or
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Occupational Health or related field.

Physical/Mental Essential Requirements:
Walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, moderate lifting and carrying (up to thirty (30) pounds).
Full range of body motion including manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
Requires corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
Ability to sit at a computer workstation for extended periods of time.
Occasional need to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to focus on detail and accuracy of work product.
Work is performed primarily in a nonsmoking office environment, though travel may expose employee to inclement weather conditions.
Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
Occasional high stress may be experienced.

Performance measures for this position will be based on the following criteria
40%Effective deployment of the EHS solution (standard, configured or tailored) based on established agreements and timelines
20%Provide consultative services for assigned EH clients, including successful assessment of functional need, documentation of the need, and clear communication of scope of requirements to EH personnel for project planning purposes.
20%Collaborate closely with deployment, project management and other delivery personnel as part of client team. Proactively manage relationships across all organizational levels, including clinicians, IT staff, managers and senior executives.
20%Contribute to building and sustaining the Enterprise Health cultureincluding helping develop and refine standard processes, frameworks, playbooks and approaches;
