Primary Responsibilities: • Help manage provider data and maintain and improve databases
Reporting and extracting data for various reports and analyses
Help develop/maintain standards for database integrity and quality assurance
Coordinate corrective activities to clean database and retain users
Manage communication processes with other departments regarding database improvements
Assist in audits and data quality improvement initiatives
In this role, the challenges are varied and the pace is fast. You'll need to work independently and be a problem solver as you you'll be working with a wide range of credentialing providers as well as assisting in provider relations, medical billing and quality management.

High school diploma/GED or above
4+ years experience in the health care industry
2+ years of claims/data entry experience
Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Excel
Intermediate level of proficiency in tracking, trending and reporting on metrics
If you need to enter a work site for any reason, you will be required to screen for symptoms using the ProtectWell mobile app, Interactive Voice Response (i.e., entering your symptoms via phone system) or similar -approved symptom screener. When in a building, employees are required to wear a mask in common areas. In addition, employees must comply with any state and local masking orders
Proficiency in MS Access and PowerPoint
2+ medical coding experience
Proficiency with medical terminology
