Scheduling Coordinator-How well do you Multi-Task? We are a Business Management and Staffing Company seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator. Our office atmosphere is casual, friendly, and drug-free. Advancement opportunities are available. A candidate that demonstrates excellent self-motivation skills will have the opportunity to work from home fully with set hours during COVID. After COVID, the position will remain mostly work from home, except for occasional in person meetings and travel for occasional industry conferences (2-3/year). This is an entry level position with potential to earn achievement bonuses and advance in the company quickly. Independent task organization and follow-thru are critical. As this is an ever-changing field, the ideal candidate will be adaptable to new procedures.Duties will include: Scheduling -- Making sure all clients' requests are addressed in a timely manner and entered into the scheduling software. Ensuring that all staff are prepared for shifts.Phone Communication- Contacting potential and new clients and discussing our services. Responding quickly to the needs of our customers.Computer Skills -- Document and organize daily activities. Writing emails, producing reports and learning our scheduling software. Assist other scheduling coordinators as needed.Qualifications: Minimum of three years of experience in an office environment. Previous scheduling or marketing experience is a plus but not required.Full knowledge of Word, Excel, and Google for business. Ability to learn a new scheduling software. Strong skills in time management, organization and communications. Business or related degree desired but not required. Must be friendly, outgoing, confident and self-motivated. Meticulous attention to detail is a must!Previous medical, dental or veterinary office experience a plus but not required.References, background check and drug test required, if unable, do not apply.Full time position with benefits available including Medical, dental, vision, discounted pet insurance. Retirement plan available after 1 year.Accepting applicants in North Georgia only. Ideal location would be Forsyth, Gwinnett, or Hall County.
