This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact with a fast-growing company.RESPONSIBILITIES- Must be able to work Saturday and Sunday- Work Closely with Ownership to ensure policies and procedures are followed- Thorough knowledge of services and retail products to make recommendations and answer questions- Assist in closing all retail and treatment sales at front desk- Anticipate, handle and overcome client concerns- Perform back of house duties including laundry, cleaning, locker room maintenance and stocking inventory- Assist team with miscellaneous dutiesQUALIFICATIONS-Self motivated-Responsible and dependable-Excellent communication, written and computer skills-Availability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, Saturdays and Sundays-Strong customer service skills with a calm, friendly and inviting demeanor-Excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills-Retail and customer service experience strongly preferred-All employees must maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance as set by spa guidelinesAS A MEMBER OF THE TEAM YOU WILL RECEIVE-Hourly pay with bonus opportunities-Discounts on retail products and services-Growth opportunities and extra incentives-Paid trainingJob Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:Employee discount
