WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
Hands on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines and printers)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Customer Welcome calls, and handling complaints/inquiries
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements


WHAT YOU’LL DO
Set the tone of our office adhering to our company’s mission and values
Order supplies and equipment as needed
Contribute to team effort by helping with customer phone calls and issues
Scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
Organizing the office layout and order supplies and equipment
Point of contact for maintenance, mail, supplies, equipment, general invoices and bills
Follow up with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
Organize office operations and procedures
Provide general support to visitors and customers
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
Liaison between facility mgt & vendors including cleaning & catering security services
Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
Cheerfully manage other office duties as requested

THE PAY
Paid weekly (direct deposit)
Between $13$16 per hour commensurate with experience
