Executive Financial / Marketing Assistant
The Executive Financial/Marketing Assistant will assist one financial advisor. Prior experience in the financial services industry and/or insurance industry ideal. Our Executive Financial/Marketing Assistant plays a significant role in helping us deliver our value and purpose-led planning and support.

Support a growing practice with a dynamic Financial Planner
Provide service to our practice's best clients
Provide administrative and/or technical support during our financial planning process
Retrieve financial planning, investment, and insurance research analysis
Produce highly detailed and analytical investment reviews
Ability to handle long and short-term projects adeptly
Handle complex client service issues independently
Maintain Financial Advisor’s calendar and schedule follow up appointments
Maintain supplies of current insurance/investment-related marketing materials
Work with the advisor to define ideal clients for each marketing segment and provide feed lists for potential clients
Create the execution of a referral process, to include inputting referrals after the initial appointment.
Copying, scanning, faxing, and other administrative tasks.
Assist the Director of Operations with other administrative projects and tasks as needed
CRM experience a plus
Securities registration, Series 6/63 or 7, and Insurance License a plus but not required
Contribute your knowledge, expertise, and insight to help a practice grow
Help keep the Planner on track to help them meet their goals
Exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality
Help maintain a compliant practice
A salary commensurate with your experience paid holidays and vacation, and retirement. Full-time position with normal business hours M-F.
