We are looking for a responsible candidate to perform a variety of administrative, bookkeeping and clerical tasks. Duties of the Office Assistant/Coordinator include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and maintaining our company’s daily/monthly financial activities and filing systems. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, self-directed but also works well as part of a team. They will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to organize their work using tools, like MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, Quickbooks and general office equipment. If you have previous experience or familiarity with our industry, we’d like to meet with you!ResponsibilitiesAnswer and direct phone calls
With a high degree of accuracy, enter and balance daily receipts
Prepare daily bank deposits
Maintain inventory control and accurate pricing
Maintain A/P in Quickbooks
Produce regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Reconcile and submit coupons and lottery tickets for reimbursement
Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Other duties as assigned

SkillsKnowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Skilled experience in cash handling and bookkeeping
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and QuickBooks
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
High School diploma Job Type: Full-time
Experience with SSCS is a HUGE PLUS!!

Job Type: Full-timePay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hourSchedule:8 hour shift
Monday to Friday

Education:High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:Microsoft Office: 2 years (Preferred)
QuickBooks: 1 year (Preferred)
