We specialize in highly perishable foods sourced locally and from the West Coast. We service grocers, clubs and convenience stores throughout the Hawaiian Islands.The Administrative Office Clerk will be responsible for providing organizational support in a warehouse/distribution environment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to credit and invoice processing, document preparation, billing, and filing.GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIESProcess invoices and credits to ensure account reports reflect accurate data
Enter data collected into appropriate systems
Perform billing function for specific accounts
Review and address driver discrepancies (e.g., invoices, credits, property return)
Assist with safety training record keeping
Occasional lifting, packing, sorting, loading/unloading products

QUALIFICATIONSMust be able to work weekdays, weekends, holidays and additional hours
High School Diploma or equivalent
Food distribution and warehouse experience a plus
Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with limited general supervision
Ability to support and maintain a high standard of productivity
Ability to maintain confidential information
