is currently seeking an individual to join our team as the Recruitment Coordinator in Gainesville, FL. This position is responsible for maintaining, managing and training employees in the use of the organization’s donor group management software, Hemasphere, and the recruitment aspect of the donor contact management software, HemaConnect. This position is expected to be the organization’s subject matter expert for both software platforms and provide administrative support for employees using the software. Training on the use of the software is provided. No current knowledge of the software is necessary.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Train employees in the use of recruitment software to ensure all regions are in compliance with established procedures
Troubleshoot software related issues encountered by staff and provide technical support Maintain mobile and center blood collection goals within the software Organize requests from operations for custom marketing and execute tasks in a timely manner Communicate results of marketing campaigns to operations in a timely manner Run and analyze forecasting, performance and task completion reports for each district and/or region Perform audits to ensure proper use and maintenance of the software and accuracy of data Maintain daily, weekly and monthly district and/or region collection reports
Liaise between regions and the Recruitment/Marketing departments to ensure all blood drive documentation is completed properly
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license. Must also meet and maintain LifeSouth driver’s eligibility requirements No current knowledge of the recruitment software is necessary. Training will be provided Intermediate computer skills and experience with computer programs such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) Exceptional communication skills Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude with excellent customer service skills
The ideal candidate will possess: Associate's or Bachelor’s degree
