We need a talented and motivated Robot Service Coordinator!Your role is to provide coordination and support to the Service Team – making sure RobotWorx provides the highest level of service in the market. You are also expected to build and maintain the customer relationship and RobotWorx reputation as a quality trusted robotic solutions provider.In return, we offer an attractive base and incentive package, full benefits with matching 401k, time off and more.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Acts as the initial point of contact for all customer-related service sales and warranty issues
Follow standard processes and procedures for technician travel and sales.
Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining customers’ and clients’ business.
Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.
Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
Defining the best company products alongside the service technicians to address the requirements of the customer enquiry while demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the company products, functions, features and benefits.
Coordinate with other members of the service team to ensure all information is accurate and complete to be sent to the customer.
Effective handling of shipped projects during their time of service need while remaining the customer’s advocate.
Assist technicians in the coordination of all travel (rental car, lodging, flight, etc.) when they are offsite to a customer facility or training.
Handle warranty-related issues in coordination with the project team, if applicable, as well as the service technicians
Study and standardize procedures to improve efficiency of the service team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Minimum (2) years’ experience within the technical service industry preferred or related proven experience.
Minimum (2) years’ experience in planning/ scheduling of technical team
Associate’s degree in a technical field preferred or proven equivalent experience
Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in automation technologies preferred.
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Practical, highly adaptable, resourceful and organized
Able to solve problems on the spot and complete the work thoroughly.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Self-motivated, confident, able to conduct presentations in small groups.
Proficient and professional verbal and written communication
Commercially aware
Machine and personal safety aware
