Description: The Groundskeeper is responsible for effective and efficient delivery of quality groundskeeping, maintenance and repair of the hospital property and grounds. Works with administrators, directors, managers, supervisors and employees to provide a safe and customer focused environment.
. Requirements: EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High School graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years experience in groundskeeping and / or landscaping.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: A positive attitude toward other co-workers, visitors and customers
Ability to use hand tools, power equipment and groundskeeping chemicals including pesticides in a safe and efficient manner.
Ability to hear and follow directions and work independently.
Good verbal communication skills.
Flexibility, versatility and reliability as a team player.
